If there is an rss.coffee hook in the site, this is
run as part of the deployment process to make sure that
the RSS feed is automatically updated on every deployment.

Now publishing the build folder to the public folder
(which also contains legacy content) as part of the
deployment process.

The deploy command now deploys the blog directly to the server
via Rsync (in the same manner as used by the Ind.ie web site).

Checking in commented out category index template function (half complete). To be removed in next commit.

Added the edit post feature. Also fixed the existing open in sublime text feature so that the index.kit file also opens automatically.

Cleaned up the code to remove build-related log messages. build <postId> and build (whole site) now give rudimentary progress indication at start and end.

The promisified imagemin and stylus compilers are now working (only tested with the build single post feature).

Refactoring to use bluebird promises so we have complete control over asynchronous flows. The list command with a category is the only tested to work so far.
