Fix font weights on Mac app

None of the /app theme font weights seem to work on the Mac app. See:

  • Light text in Ethical Design Violations
  • Faux bold in Statistics

Proposed solution: move web fonts to common, and override in app (so cascade should mean that the app-specific font weights aren't overridden on the Mac app)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
