Replace Avenir Next with Museo Sans, remove redundant styles and heading icons on pages.

I chose to replace the heading icons with their real titles, as I think the navigation doesn't necessarily make the page titles clear. In the future, we should include explainers on Sites and Trackers (whether we merge them or not) that explains what Sites and Trackers means to Better.
