Revert configuration to version 1, generate config when -generate flag present, removed automatic updates

Added labels to demarcate the main areas. Also qualified the current device name in the navigation bar so clarify what it means for new users.

Updated the red to the same red as the Pulse red to reduce colour use. We need to do a review of colour use in the Web UI going forward.

Styled the About and Settings modals’ headers to reduce colour use so we can eventually have colour have secondary semantic significance.

Replaced ‘Syncthing’ with ‘Pulse’ in main copy. Added Pulse SVG logo. Updated the font stack to default to Avenir Next with fallback to existing stack.

Temporary revert to the old debounce behavior. It's a bit bad and drives
up CPU usage, but mostly shows correct info in the GUI. This will be
improved shortly.

This reverts commit 51443308, reversing
changes made to c34f3def.
