Fixes for akamaized.net and yimg.com

Allowing both these domains (CDNs) to load content but not cookies.

Between them, they cover a lot of issues (akamaized.net is newly blocked, yimg.com has been blocked for a while.)

Need this merged into master and deployed. Need themes to be deployed (I already pushed the changes to master.)
