Simplified the titles on the spotlight page.

Make Spotlight and other icon headings only appear on site, not app. And lose extra top margin on Spotlight page. Closes #121

Latest Theme updates incorporating navigation structure change.

Moved the comment template tags for prevalence to separate lines so the markdown parser doesn’t choke on them. Paragraph tags should render properly now.

Updated the header theme to use Set. Navigation is being dynamically generated with correct aria role being set for the active navigation item. Closes #25.
