Update to Handle 5.x

Now Swift 2.2+ only. Fixed the framework embedding in the demo.

No longer copying the Handle framework via the run script phase: should fix better/app/#69.

Removed Handle framework as nested framework to avoid iTunes submission errors.

Removed old line of code and some generated comments.

Made the framework a shared scheme for use with Carthage.

Initial release.
