Reduce deployment version to iOS 9.0

Update for Xcode 8.1 / Swift 3.0.1

Added icon for iOS demo app.

Updated the sample project so that the Timer framework is now added to embedded frameworks.

Demo project now loads in framework from derived data via relative path.

Added update script.

Updated for Swift 2.2, not compatible with earlier versions. New demo app.

Not including the framework in the demo via Carthage as Carthage appears to choke on this (recursion?)

Updated the cartfile to use full semantic version.

Version bump to test issue with Carthage fetch/clone.

Added standard ./install and ./dev scripts. Demo app now uses Carthage to install the framework.

Shared the Timer framework scheme so it can be used via Carthage.
